Anyone want to tell what what this is? My friend got this pop up for unknown reason when he logs onto CF. This is what he said to me (lives in the United States).

"I cant do anything
I cant buy ZP, can't apply to clans
Can't quit clans
Can't do anything -.-
Can't post (forums)
And I've never even been banned or gotten an infraction
And I literally got an IP ban for a post?
No warning nothing..."

The weird this is he can still play Cross Fire, but can't do anything on the website... He thinks it is a consequence of something he did on the forums, but I'm not sure.

Can anyone give a reasonable answer for this block?

Well, your best solution would be to contact support and talk with them. It may be a bug(he's not actually banned) or a glitch in the system(he should not be able to play anymore then).

probably just a bug since he has no infractions//warnings...submit a support ticket and it will get resolved for you

I just took a look at the back-end of the forums for you and can confirm that I see nothing involving his profile or IP in the databases. No other account having his IP either so it doesn't seem to be a forum issue. As NattNatt said please contact support.

However, could you have him look up his ip (http://www.whatismyip.com/) and get it for me please so I can see if the current IP he's on is linked to any forum bans? Feel free to PM it to me if he doesn't want it public.

Thanks for the PM. I just ran a check and it's the same IP he's always had while browsing the forums so it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the forums at the least.
