I always find ppl shouting that he's 360 so kick him. wdf does that mean? how do i recognize someone using 360?

A 360 kill usually with a headshot indicates aimbot.

The player will usually do a full body spin then headshot you or others.

So when they say "x did a 360 kick" they are saying you aimbot.

Also I will add that to me it's kind of like playing golf they "swing and hit" in one circular action.
