New Character fix pls

For most people it's 29_2 with the SFG-Flash character and it's triggered on the North American servers about 80% of the time that a smoke grenade of any color is thrown anywhere on the map, whether you're wearing the smoke protection helmet or not. I've even had it happen while I was a mutant, of course I joined the game with the SFG-Flash. It doesn't happen on the UK servers.
