Sometimes that´s a temporary problem...
If she (-you) still have the error look for other programs running while you playing.
It´s mainly caused by running software in the background - like Fraps, Skype, MSN, etc. ...
Try to run only CF ! - if that works, try to start the other software you "need" after you have started CF - but it´s possible they are not compatible with CF atm.

She already told me that she only run TeamSpeak while playing CF.
