ZP Deposit page

ok here is my problem:
every time i go to the deposit page it showes up GLOBAL but it should be Germany cause i live there. I can buy zp with paysafe cards but i want to use the pay by call payment and exactly this isnt working for me. I dont know if it is only for me but i already tried it with proxys and it keeps showing me GLOBAL
