Support Ticket Not Successful

Hello, just typing away here to state that I am just trying to recover my long-lost account that I have found a great deal of information to. However, when I try to send a lengthy support ticket, the page loads extremely slow and eventually gives out and then I get an error stating that I could not form a connection with 'support.z8games.com' and so on. It's obviously not my internet as I can connect to the home page and such. I even had another friend try to send a support ticket of the same length (when I mean lengthy I typed a great bit in the 'additional information' comment) and it did not go through for him either. I tried a 'test' support ticket in another section that did not contain any words in the 'additional information' section and it went through. I then tried on Internet Explorer and the lengthy support ticket I sent out it didn't go through. I am wondering what's going on here with the support because a couple of weeks ago I sent out a hack report only to get the same exact error stating that this page could not establish a connection with ;support.z8games.com; and timed me out. If anyone knows what's up, or how I could possibly fix this error that would be great. Thanks.

    If you were able to send a ticket that is empty, you can reply to it will the data they ask for. Click on "Contact History" and then add information to it.

    Both the tickets have been closed by a GM. The tickets like I said are not empty and the one I am trying to send has a great deal of information in the 'additional information' section. I am talking about a paragraph composed of 5-6 sentences, so I can get my point across to the GM of what I am trying to accomplish. Thanks for trying to help though. This is the only time this has happened to me no matter the length of the support ticket and it's not just me, it's a lot of other people too who try and submit a ticket containing a large amount of information.

    I had this problem too - but it was because I tried uploading an image into the ticket. I tried a few more times and I think it worked, maybe just try again at a later time?
