How much time does it take?

I got keylogged last night and my brigader general (almost major general) got hacked... I sent first email, first password, name of my paypal, email of paypal, location of where was the account created, security answer, email, account creation date and every single transaction made by my paypal
I am waiting for 1-2 days and still no reply!
I am getting extremely nervous and I want some GM to reply to my tickets please!

I never used auto-nade, I have 3 Fury's and i never farmed... Only went to nade rooms when with my bare hands and farmed there...

How would you get keylogged then.. what else did you download.. that only took a Crossfire account?

They always take long to answer back a ticket so all you can do is just wait & hope you can get the account back.

Ok, i remember i downloaded some things for my PC (new PC) and I got keylogged by something... I already cleaned it but i may fear that i won't recover my account... Just hope I get it back -.-

And the only way to get keylogged is to either use a program with a keylogger on them or to get scammed.

The thing here is that programs with keyloggers specifically for CrossFire are 99.9% bots or hacks or other such programs.

No one puts a keylogger for CrossFire on the latest Jay-Z album download.

Support is swamped with a lot of people who are not secure with their accounts. Unfortunately you'll just have to wait in line like the rest and then provide all the information that is requested by support.
