Fraps is not working to record.

I record videos for Youtube and i was wanting to record some cross fire but when i tryed to start crossfire with fraps on xtrap closed the game and said "Some functions of the operating system has been corrupted.please, close any program which is affecting game client and restart the system." if you guys at z8 could give me a link to anther recording program that works, that would be helpful or in a new patch make it so Fraps works.
