Account Creation page broken again?

It seems that the account creation page is broken yet again... as it always is so it's not a surprise.

Any options? or fixes I can try?

I've tried Google Chrome(My main browser) and Internet Explorer.

The issue is that, when I type in everything and you know the rest, I click the I accept the registration button, it says processing then never goes anywhere.

Damn Z8, your website is always broken or has at least 1 thing wrong with it.

    Have you used the Email before that you're registering with?
