how bad is my blood pressure?

Earlier today I checked my blood pressure and I got a 88/47. how bad is that? im not on a diet, but I do swim a lot. a lot.

Thats normal, do not worry! Drink Water and Eat something, if you feel bad than sleep a little bit or walk slowly trough the street and relax..

Please make sure to make searching before u make a new thread to avoid spamming threads, already there is a thread that talking about any Medical questions/issues , unfortuntaly i can't post the link to u now cuz iam on my phone, however its name is: "Medical help?" so u can make search on it and i hope that some guys can post the link for u. @ ur satuation i advice u to make onther BP measuerment later towmorw u should be fin if u don't have any cardiac , respiratory , or any curent satuation that may affect ur BP.

Please if u're not a doctor or don't have the knowladge about the medical field very well then please just don't say any randoum words without understanding , actualy he must be worry and this is not normal at all. Hypotension is the main symptom for too many cardiac and respiratory dis.

, Actually u're completly wrong. Athletic players have slightly higher BP and HR than the normal people.

It is well known that athletes have lower heart rate and blood pressure.. If you are a athlete your whole life, there is no reason to panic

Double check your age then family history of hypertension.
