Email not working

It seems I'm not the only one but whenever I try and use lost id/pass/sa
option it say's it was sent but I never receive it. Ive forgotten my password
many times and have had to use it and this was the first time it did not work.
I tried to change the email to see if that would help but I never got an email
as well. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Sorry if I missed something
and I did use the search but I did not see another topic about this
