West Coast Server DOESN'T WORK AGAIN!

no body can start a game, when the screen is loading. Get crash! and the game, Not starts../.

The only server that Australians can play on without major lag is now gone.
I can't even play in Alpha with that lag. I don't log on to play, many of my friends don't either.
Huge loss.

We were able to play games on the West Coast Server on Sunday uly 7th.

Can you describe the exact time you attempted to play on the weekend and experienced this problem?

Additionally, we're investigating an issue that is currently happening with the game. This may be weather related as our offices, datacenters and servers were in the middle of a severe storm in Toronto yesterday evening.

If you have time, you can join in west server and watch... the server no body can play Today...

The server is down from the Day 6 to 9..

Just Now doesn't Work

You can make a room, and the game start, but when the screen is loading, u get a crash, the game not start..

HMX u can Play, SD,TD,EM, No body can play.

S&D Eagle eyes, Same problem, no can play.
TD Ship, Same problem, no can play.

Us West Server Not Working

Some Games Can Work but some can't actually most of the games dosent work

S&D Eagle eyes, Same problem, no can play.
TD Ship, Same problem, no can play.
EM Colombia, Same problem, no can play.
FFA BlackWidow, Same problem, no can play.
Escape Mode Temple Ruins, same problem, no can play.

After a discussion with the developers last night it looks like there is more going on here than just a communication error.

We're still investigating the cause and solution for this particular problem.

Now can you guys fix the pings?

I don't get how I get 129 ping in west coast and 77 ping in Alpha server and I live in California. I use to get 5-9 ping in west coast before.

First error

FFA no body can play Free For All, have the same problem, when the screen is loading, you get crash, and the game not start.

I played some games but most of the time I'm receiving a host connection error and it takes a few tries to get into a game.
