Error 29_2

I've been getting this error on my main account for the past month. It has something to do with smoke grenades. I get the error whenever I throw one, or someone near me throws one. It's made the game completely unplayable due to booting me from the game every 15 seconds. I generally get to finish about every 1 in 25 games I play. I know it's an issue with just my account. I've played and tested it on an alt with no issues to speak of. If anyone has had this same issue or knows a fix for it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Could be a specific item you're using or a gun, maybe your character class. Try mixing things up, go basic and see if it still happens. You can also try changing your graphics and see if that helps, but since you said you played another char and had no issues, I'm hoping my first guess is close.
