When can u get west server back to work?

Its been 4 days already. Every time when i trying to start a game, it stuck. please fix it ASAP.

They're working on it. Be patient. I know you may say that not everyone has good patience, maybe including yourself but these issues are our control and the only way to deal with it is to wait.

When can u get west server back to work?
