Can't use fraps with Crossfire

I used it for crossfire and it sucked. Fps Lag after watching video

If bandi lags more than fraps you're doing something wrong

Yeah....

I get that lag 2 from Fraps.. That's why I never record any games I play. Not that they would be special or anything ):
