My download doesn't start

Hello everyone, i just downloaded the crossfire downloader, and i tried everything, and i just can't start the downloader.
If someone could help me....
I have windows 7 home edition.

Did you try downloading it again ? or maybe restarting the downloader repeatedly ?

i have errors it goes half way and stops because some files are coruppted how do i fix
