No Sound in-game
Hello Z8games. I've recently tried logging in to Crossfire to find i have no sound. Usually when i close the client and start it back up again the sound comes back, but i tried multiple times with no success, if someone could help me with this problem it would be appreciated.

Try clicking on the Volume icon on your task bar. Select mixer, and the sound device you're trying to receive sound on.

If it's not on there, select different sound devices until you find the one Cross Fire's listed under and disable that device by click on it's icon and disabling through there. -

Doesn't work i tried this already and if it was my sound device my music or system sounds wouldn't work also, but they do so, i'm thinking its something to do with the client, this is what i need help with.
EDIT: The sounds worked fine yesterday and, no i havent done anything to the client that im a where of. -

Sometimes my client chooses to run on a random sound device, which would be the only reason I suggested that. -
There are several things that can cause this, I used to have a similar problem. Your sound card could be going bad, crossfire could just be corrupted by a lot of different things, I would try defragmenting your pc first. Then maybe check to make sure that cf sounds are not turned off through the sound bar like described- make sure to open cf, then minimize and check the console. If these fail, you may have to re-install crossfire, and if that fails well... good luck to you!
