Ribbonssss

I bought zp through karma koins and the ZP soldier ribbon still have not yet showed up. I also received a gift from a friend and the zp for everyone ribbon also did not show up. It's been 4 days and I know sometimes it might take a very long time for ribbons to show up but is anyone else having the same problem? Where their ribbons does not show up???
