My friend is called andreamelad,
he asked me to post here for him as i'm a higher rank (STAR) than him !
He posted a ticket to get his account back .. and no one answer it !
he posted a ticket with account called princemardo and deleted and posted new one by account called andreamelad
now please go and check his ticket he posted all the right INFO ..

Stuff like this might take a week or 3 till they answer so i suggest being patient and wait.

Mate, no one gives a **** if youre a high rank.
Everyone has to wait there time to get a response to there ticket, so pipe down and relax and wait.

p.s don't delete tickets and make a new one, because it'll only take longer because the new ticket goes to the bottom of the pile.
