Having Issues with Account

I cannot relocate my email and security question for my account. However, I have been using it until now. I spend quite a bit of money on zp, and I just want to make sure I have all those information.

Is it possible if the GM could help to reset my account?
Could you find the email that I used to register? With that email, I could try to reset my account
