I sent a ticket for an email request and a ticket for changing my IGN to a 2010 account all about 8-5 days ago... still not answered

How come?

Well when i last sent a request it took em 2 weeks to answer back plus the support is off on weekends so try again on Monday.

Of course they are not working on weekends also, but this kinds of requests need time, also you are not the only one who send support tickets, you should know that.

Support tickets like that one get answered last. They are more interested in fixing money and tech issues. They will eventually get to you, might take 3+ weeks.
