Email changing problem!

HI everybody!!
i got some problem with chaning my account email, i also dosent get the "CONFIRMATION" mail to my old email so i can confrim my email change, when i go to "my account" > "change email adress" and i do type in my Seucirty answer , new email and it dose say " Thank you! A verification email will be sent to your old email address momentarily. It is required that you click the confirmation link within this email to complete your email address change request. "
But on my old email i am not getting any confrimation mail, i have tried to contact to support for help but my account is "flagged" so they dont wanna help me, i must contact to the police soon if this dosent work since z8 are not supose to do this since this is my account and i have spent alot on this account.
anyways dose anybody know what i can do ?
