I need support via forum!

well, some hacker is on my account,
i've submitted a support ticket like 2 weeks ago, no awnser
now almost when its done i see that the hacker deleted my ticket,
so now i'm not able to regain my email, and get him off of my account,


is there any way i can get my account back without using support?
i know all the information regarding my account, ive submitted it right, and now i'm afraid that that h4cker knows it,

i think the support sucks bigtime if they can't even awnser in time to something that urgent, the ticket has been on for WEEKS now, and still no reply,
now i won't be able to post more tickets so seriously thinking of hacking and getting myself banned so that both the scammer that broke into my account and the muslim ****** that traded a goat for it get ****ed.

when i try to play they ragelogin on my account, they delete my friends, remove my clan, and they leave a toxic stink behind.

any way to get my problem solved?
ive spend over 200 euro on that account, and if support tried a little bit to do their best in Getting anything done i'd wouldnt have lost it.

    Wait, you logged into your account and posted a ticket? The "hacker" deleted the ticket... if you can log into your account why not just change your freakin password! This problem seems overly simple, and if you used a fake email... just post a ticket with another account, explain the situation, give them all the info you can, and leave it at that...

    Change the password... change the security question/answer... change the email.

    Use an alt to submit the ticket if you're having issues with the primary account.

    last thing looks smart,
    still can't change anything cause i forgot what email i used,
    i used to have alot, one of them had a site that crashed,
    coldmail, servers crashed year or 2 ago,
    now, i don't know what email i used, i used to create alot accounts to get rookie money and spin bm, stopped with it when the creation of accounts got banned,
    problem is, one guy, (one selling my account to people) somehow managed to break into all my accounts, think its same guy that scammed me on my main (using the account of a good clanmate (hacked) ) , somehow he found out the Id's of my other accounts now the problem on my new main is that its worth over 200, i got the fury there, and some other zp guns (one rather rare)
    i'l have to try creating a new account, since they have acces to all my alts, if my main gets banned or h4cked cause of this i'l loose the abilaty to play crossfire,
    (and 200 freaking euro xs)

    + i'm at my dads, so my ip probably changed, making it inpossible to use that

    FYI... you're responsible for account security... meaning it's all on you to remember that email. :/

    well can't really help now i forgot the mail,
    scam was on my main, a clanmates account, he wanted to co, i knew him pretty well and agreed, sadly only after that he mailed me he got h4cked
    that was a year or 2 ago, on my main,; somehow suddenly all my accounts got affected just this month....

    i don't dislike the german on my account, he atleast doesn't blackmail me to with ; i'l give evryone your information like the ******ed muslim

    and he doesn't save kd's of 1/50....
