Download dont open!

hello z8 games, I have a problem I clicko on file donwload (CrossFire_NA) but it does not open and does not download.

What do this could cause this problem? any alternative link to download?

funny because I played crossfire north america until yesterday, after formatted the pc it does not want to download!

because that game has a staff that does not care about their players and mercenaries are true. that game still contains many bugs, hacks and stuff
