Im having a problem, i posted on the forums a week ago and searched on google and on the forums for an asnwer but.. 0.0
So i sent a help ticket and havent got my reply.

Well, you haven't told us the problem so why post here lol.. The only thing anyone can tell you to do with the information you gave is that you need to continue to wait for a reply.

It's possible you DID get a reply on your tickets but didn't notice.
