It dosen't let me buy zp when using credit card

So on june 29 i tried to buy zp using creditcard but says this error whenever i click the creditcard option This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations.

That won't be fixed put your credit card in paypal i got this error more than 1 year ago and its not fixed till now , because i used credit card but it didn't work more than 3 times i think

It's possible your financial institution is blocking any purchases done to Z8. You may want to contact them to verify you can even purchase ZP with that card.

I also tried to purchase zp on my sisters account but its says the same thing
