Reading your post, i can see that you have already submitted a support ticket. Are you sure you have sent this under "Account administration", if not remove your older ticket and open a new support ticket under this category.

For you to sucesfully get the account back you must provide the support team with:

- Your first email
-Current registered email
-Security Question
-Account creation date (when you made the account)
-The IP you made your account with
-Any passwords you may have used
-Transaction codes/or any other information used to purchase Z8 points.
