My account hacked or glitched?
So I was trying to log onto my account today and it said someone was logged in. Well at first I thought nothing of it because you know sometimes it's a glitch within crossfire. But as I go to log onto the website all of a sudden it says my password is incorrect. The weird thing is the account has not tried to log on again. The email has also remained the same. And I did not get an email about the password being changed. I also tried to get the information sent to my email but i waited 3 hours and nothing. If someone could help me that would be great.

hey bro, Ive got the same problem. They reckon its a technical problem.. I check my account every day to see when it says Last played, and it remains the same from when it was the day it got "hacked". Check yours everyday but all you can do is send in a ticket go to http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx. Click Account, and Account/Administration. GIVE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE. That's all I can say, its the same for me, it happened 3 days ago for me...

the problem is. We dont know if it is a hack or not. I have the same problem. Viper and flemengo are both my accounts. Its so annoying, I havent received an email or anything to say password has changed. I just want my account back. Btw, I have sent in about 5 tickets, and not one ****ing reply. This is bull****.

It's the weekend... they don't work on the weekend. Now they'll have to be responding 5 different tickets of yours. Way to clog it up.

Well idk if you're the same dude... probably you are judging from the other posts lol xD.
Anyways, you can update your other 4 tickets notifying them that you understand they don't work on the weekends and as such they can immediately disregard the ticket.
Go here:

Then on the right hand side click: Contact History
From there click the appropriate "View Response" that corresponds to the ticket(s) and after the slight refresh it does you can then submit further information or reply to a response. Just type away in the box then "Reply". -
Hey One_9 you have been extremely helpful, thank you. Although on all my tickets is does still say Open, but all of them have had no reply. I click, view response, scroll down and it says "This question hasn't been replied". Im getting worried they aren't going to do anything about it...
