  • From what I have understood depends on where you live you will have less ping ping and more.
I live such spain and I have a ping of 80
Please log in servers which are closer than your country

You have misunderstood. FPS( Frames Per Second) and Ping(Internet Latency) are not the same thing. What you are talking about is the latency, and yes, It does to some extent depend on where you live, or to be more precise, the distance between you and the server location. This can affect your ping dramatically. Another factor to be considered is your ISP( Internet Service Provider) and your internet quality. If you pay for the cheap internet packages, you can expect lower quality connections/speed= Higher Ping. Better Internet packages/providers= lower ping. Playing wirelessly vs wired will also influence ping by a lot.
Wired connection is always faster. Computer hardware and home routers will also have some effect as well. Now onto his real question. He is talking about FPS. The FPS can range dramatically based on your computers specifications. If you have a gaming computer you can expect high FPS. A crappy computer will have low FPS. FPS Is calculated largely by the power/speed of your Computers Processor, RAM, HDD, and Graphics Card (GPU). Each one can be beneficial or detrimental to your ping. Part of the reason why his FPS have dropped I am sure, is because of the games engine and all the updates that Z8 Games has released. When I First started playing this game 5 years ago. My computer had a regular FPS of between 180-200. Then with the updates last year, it dropped between 120-150. Now it fluctuates between 30-150. Good days it is still 80-150. Bad days its 30-70. All the newer graphic details and additions to the game engine and physics increase the overall load on a Graphics card thus lowering the ping you get. There are other factors, but this is the most common reason. Hopefully this is education for everyone.

Depending on where you live in Canada, there is a US West and US East Server that should increase your ping. For Instance, I live on the West Coast of USA and I get a ping of about 30. Alpha I get about 77-100.
  • This is quite understandable when new content is being brought into the game constantly, the game becomes more CPU demanding.

Make sure any background programs are closed (if any.)

    My suggestion:
    • Use Smartclose to close any unnecessary programs or services.
    • Make sure you dont have a virus on the system, run a "Quick scan" with Malwarebytes.
