Account blocked for no reason and no response from support team
Bought 50kzp without problem - wasn't enough to win the bizon so I tried buying another 50k.
However after I entered all my details it gave me an error message saying I have reached the limit in buying zp.
So, I bought 20k and 10k - both worked and I logged in game.
Before I could actually enter the game I got the message 'Cannot enter test server' or something.
I then logged into the website again and it gave me the message 'Account blocked. Please contact customer support' followed by a Canadian number. I don't want to call the number because I'm from the UK.
I thought this was strange since I didn't do anything wrong, so I checked my PayPal.
Seems like they refunded me the money for ZP and blocked my account.
Why the hell did this happen?
I haven't gotten a reply from the support team it's been well over a week.
This happened on 22/06/2013 (for me, it was still 21/06/2013 server time).

well, support will reply, just wait another 3 weeks,
eventually they Always reply, my first ticket took 1.5 weeks,
another time i got banned before it reached, -

my advice would be to not buy more zp. I quit and play better for me is a scam what makes z8 games spend more than 300 dollars without any success in hallowin patches and Christmas without the previous sumarian over 1000 dollars and all I've won were the brass, it is at that moment I said it is not fair and never would return to get zp in this game full of hackers, useless besides report them (and they are very evident reports of piracy), forbid them never know it from their accounts honorable soldier flags. z8 finally do not care but earn money by enzyme it. -
Sounds like a Paypal chargeback for buying too frequently as Paypal may have seen it.
Your only option at this point is to continue to wait for that response.
You should also check this thread about Support tickets just to ensure you've sent it to the right department and when to notice a response.

Finally received a reply from support today:
Your account has been closed for chargeback(s). Due to a disputed transaction, funds have been removed from G4Box (Z8 Games). These were refunded to the financial institution, credit card or payment service provider that was used at the time of the original purchase. As a result, the Z8 account is now in a negative balance, and will remain locked until the negative balance can be remedied.
There have been 2 chargebacks One for $8.99 and one for $17.49. Each chargeback has a bank processing fee of $10. As such the total amount due is $46.48 USD.
To reinstate the account, we accept money order, certified check, personal check and Ultimate Game Card, Paysafecard or Karma Koin prepaid game cards payments. All funds must be in US dollars and must be accessible in Canada.
If you choose to use prepaid cards you must provide us with the type, PIN number and the amount of each card that you provide. Please provide the information in the following format: Card type, PIN, dollar amount. For example: Paysafecard, ***x-***x-***x-***x, $8.99. If any balance remains after the chargeback repayment, it will be applied account as ZP.
Money order, certified check, or personal checks can be sent to the following address, please be sure to include your game account name:

Does this seem fair? It sure as hell doesn't to me. They owe me atleast 30kzp from the surveys I've done in the past month, but they want me to pay $46 for 30k? This must be a joke. -
Honestly it does not seem fair, the way you describe this it happened when z8's paypal system was screwed up causing similar issues.... When this kind of thing happens the smart thing for them to do is to apologize and pay the bill themselves... It sounds like you're spending more than that for the zp anyway, they can just write it off as an error in the system.

Honestly it does not seem fair, the way you describe this it happened when z8's paypal system was screwed up causing similar issues.... When this kind of thing happens the smart thing for them to do is to apologize and pay the bill themselves... I agree that would be the smart thing for them to do and I would pay the amount for the ZP as I originally planned to buy it.. But it seems like they do not care about their customers and I may actually quit this game, rather than pay the so called 'debt'. I have no idea if they'll remove it or not, I didn't do anything wrong at all in my opinion.. -

using paypal is the worst thing to do imho.
not only they act strangely sometimes, aswell they freeze accounts and try to avoid supporting politically activations against us government (freezing wikileaks accounts for example).
if u use this system, well, dont blame anyone else... this system is corrupt.
use prepayed systems like paysafe card for instance, this way you are sure the payment gets to its destination without any troubles.
and chargebacks create real costs, someone has to deal with them on the company side, aswell as they have to pay the chargeback fees to their bank.
u choosen the (easy?) way of using a well known unsafe service provider with knowledge of all his disadvanteges.
The actions of paypal are well known, eaven before the wikileaks topic, so it was your choice to use this method, and u can not blame z8 for that issue.
take it as a lesson, pay the chargeback fees, and think over your ways of payment.
maybe paypal isnt the best choice, but it was defnetly your choice.
beein adult enuff to have a paypal account makes you adult enuff to face the possible consequences.
pay the fees, get your acc unblocked, and get rid of paypal... my advice..... -

I use paypal because it's an easy way to keep track of my spendings.. Plus all of the prepaid cards are not available in the UK/ or aren't accessible to me since shops don't offer it in my area. I don't know of any disadvantages of paypal and I have no idea of what you're talking about, you only gave me an example involving wikileaks. I'm pretty sure Mastercard and Visa blocked payments to wikileaks too, so I have no idea why you're bringing this up. You're basically saying it's my fault this happened because I chose a certain payment type? I've been buying zp for 4 years with paypal and nothing went wrong. You do realise this was when the website was unstable? People have been having trouble with prepaid cards too if you look at other threads in the technical support section. They have used their prepaid cards without receiving their zp. Is that their fault too? -

It's part of the fee for having chargebacks... $10 per chargeback. You had two at the same time so it's $20 + whatever you owe.
You better contact PayPal to figure out why they would block/refund or "dispute" payments and then to figure out where your money went.
Then after that find some way to pay Z8 as they described if you want your account unbanned. -

your quiet harsh for someone who doesnt accept the fact that you have to pay for the extra effort you caused, and a chargeback is extra efford for a company.
follow my advice or leave it, its your acc and your problem...

You better contact PayPal to figure out why they would block/refund or "dispute" payments and then to figure out where your money went.
Then after that find some way to pay Z8 as they described if you want your account unbanned.

Your advice was that it was my fault to pay with paypal? If you were saying something useful, maybe I wouldn't have been so harsh but re-read what you said and tell me my reply was out of line.. The only thing I didn't realise was UGC was available online, but I don't see why I have to purchase zp via ultimate game card with paypal and then use the prepaid card to buy zp when I can just skip that step and pay with paypal.
Edit: Also, I don't see how it was my fault in any way. Inb4 you chose to use paypal.
