BP Vanished!!!

I had 2000 BP before the update, and I do have the receipts. After the update I deposited another 10000 ZP and received 1000 BP like usual, but my original 2000 BP disappeared leaving me with 1000 BP instead of 3000 BP. I have submitted a ticket about a week ago but have gotten no response. Any help or support would be appreciated. It's not alot, but kind of disappointing I haven't gotten any response about this issue.

  • For any billing issues only they (Support) can help you. Nobody from the forums can. Sorry.

    Just please be patient with them. If you sent the ticket Friday more than likely it wasn't read till at least today... no idea if you've had a response yet. Support does NOT work on the weekend.

    Usual turn around time for read-response is about 3 business days.

    They are experiencing some issues at this time. Dont worry, you'll have all the bonus points that were not rewarded once it is fixed.

    For sure guys wasn't expecting to get results from the forum, but wanted to ask around, and I can assure you I am quite calm. But I did get some useful info from posting that has put my mind at ease which is all I was after. Thanks for the help again all who replied!

    The migration to our new billing tools could have caused this.

    If you've sent a support ticket then they will definitely be able to look at it. :)

    The records of your ZP is there, and you have points on your account which you've used etc. But it does look like there is some mixup with your BP.

    Our team will look in to it as soon as possible to make sure things are squared up.
