F4ck crossfires support.

i'm waiting 2 weeks now, still nothing changed, still some creep login into MY account, and scamming people, TRADING MY ACCOUNTS while i never even gave him any information,
now i get some d1ck logging in to my account and people thinking they own my stuff, althought i never gave em my account.
been trying to change pass for 2 months now, and still z8 just wont awnser, there wasting time, and i'm afraid if they don't hurry up, I 'M getting BANNED again for something I DIDNT EVEN DO,

if this account gets banned, i can't play cf anymore, Z8 ALREADY GOT MY MAIN ****D, ALREADY STOLE 100 euro FROM ME cause they failed to help me,
i even gave that h4ckers ign and nationality, still they don't read anything of it, they only give me copied clipboard texts, so i have to wait a weak for some copied ****?

i spend 200$ on this account, and now some d1ck that didn't pay anything of it h4cked it, **** z8games and f4ck their support, there thiefs i say,
i'm done with this crap, only know one person actually active in the support page, and really? any other game i had reply's in like an hour, still here its not like that,

they should be more personal, and actually read what you write down instead of just copieing official tekst, since support is about helping people in personal,

i might be unfair and raging atm, but really? why should i buy zp if they can't even keep h4ckers out of this game and fail to help you on getting e'm banned.

really getting mad on them, if i don't get my account secure in like 13 days, i loose it, and already spend 2 weaks without any result HOW AM I POSSIBLY ABLE TO KNOW MY ACC CREATION DATE?
and if i REQUEST my email, how dafuq would i be able to KNOW it,

What would you be, if you see your account getting hacked for the second time by the same player, and they still won't do anything, + i can't even play properly, he deletes my friends, replaces them with r3tar4ds shares my account with anyone, and if he h4cks, i get banned. thats as the z8logic goes, i'm sending another report and hoping theyl ip ban him this time...

1st of all maybe you shouldnt try and download free zp hacks or visiting hack sites or what ever you have been doing. ( must have done some of this since you got hacked) unless you gave your info to someone but in that case say it like that instead of saying you got hacked...

Accounts dont just get hacked.. not like there is a hacker sitting out there thinking uuh ill break some laws and get his 200 dollars account (when there are ppl who spent several thousands on theirs)..

But have you tried sending a support ticket where you actually tells them what happend when it started how you found out and how you can tell its happening in a polite manor... or did you just go : f*** you you f****** support and so on.? by that actually make them want to read your support ticket instead of thinking "raging kid let him sweat".

Sounds like you got scammed.

And also you're responsible for knowing your account info, like everything about it. It wouldn't be that hard if you really were the true account holder.

Your attitude suggests to me that you cannot hold a civilized discussion.

1. i didnt visit any site, my main account got scammed, (never gave him any info on my other accounts, my main is already banned, and somehow he managed to break into my other accounts,

2. i where polight the first 3 tickets, first time they said i didnt fill in 2 things correctly so somehow IP dous not count,

1.5 week later my second ticket with information got replied to, i added billing info,
they said, ''theres a thread open about this mather, post it there in reply,
did so, they never awnsered,

so again later i had to delete first one and make another ticket, waiting now, and seeing people getting scammed meanwhile.

i'm sorry this thread is unpolight, i kinda get mad when i'm getting ''someone is logged in with your ID '' message all day,

+ i keep having to explain people that i don't want there id and they shouldnt give it to me,
i also people rage at me if there being scammed, while i warn anyone i can, most of theme are r3t4rds and still give him their id,.

+ he deleted my entire friend list and replaced them with f4ck****ed arabs.
