windows 8 freezes

i'm a win8 user, the game freezes once in a while(about 6-8 times a month) and i have to force shutdown my computer which is not good

does this happen to any win8 users?

    Windows 8 compatibility is still screwed up, your best bet might be to run the game in windows compatibility mode for xp or windows vista/7. You can also try running another os on a virtual machine, say get xp from microsoft since it's free, make a disk, and install it as a vm. You can then install crossfire onto it and just avoid the issues altogether.
