Can Not report Hackers I found in game.

This Morning I was Playing Egypt and I have been trying to report two hackers that were in the server , but it keeps saying unable to Load the page. Is this a Problem everyone is having and How do I report the hackers?

I'm having this same issue, I have about 40 replays with at least 45-50 hackers that I would love to report... It seems the server fails to load and upload the replay. I'm going to try this on IE and Firefox, hopefully it works.

Edit: Seems to fail on all 3.... sarcastic "yay!!"
