I Can't Reg New Acc

When Always when i trying to create an new acc give me this....

I can't register a new account either, my friend is not able either, no one seems to be able to register a new account and I am getting the same error, a lot of people are getting this error and never played the game before!

This is so maddening!

EDIT: I tried contacting "support@g4box.com" and apparently the email never got sent, tried it multiple times and it didn't work.
