Mall shows I have no ZP and ZPB

I wanted to buy a name change but it shows that I have 0 ZP and 0 ZPB and I tells me I don't have enough ZP to purchase anything,I have 29k ZP and 29k ZPB.

same here, i had ~24k zp and about 70k pb

the zp shown in game but not in mall

Same. ingame says i have 700-ish zp and i know i have at least 2300 bp.

Mall shows I have no ZP and ZPB
