Can't use ultimategamecard balance?!

What is this? Why can't we use our balance anymore? I have like $15 left in it and wanted to get 10K zp and yeah CAN'T. Why would they remove that option? They try make things better but end up worse -__-!

Well my zp and bp reset to zero so idk that might be it

WHAT?!?! So did mine.. I had about 200 zp and over 260,000 BP this is bs! They always have to stuff up everything.

Well I had 91k zp

I want it back and I don't have my confirmation emails from the purchases
