Laggy

My game has gotten so laggy my ping used to be 14-16 now 37-40.

my FPS in channels used to be 120-130 now it is 60-70 and ingame used to be 30-40 now 20-30 causing very bad screen lagg and i am pritty sure it is the game becausse my friends are having the same problem there FPS is lower then it should be
