Got Install Problem, "Seeking for Help"

Hello, i'm not that quit new in crossfire, i've played it about 10 month's ago, but i quitted cause i had exam's that time, it's not quit serious don't let it bother you, so after i decided to play "CF" again but i can't i got some kinda problem i don't know how to fix it, so if you been through this before or any kinda idea or a way to fix it ,, i'm asking you to help me ^_^
so the problem is that i downloaded the "Downloader patch" which it's Download link, and when i open it to start the "GAME DOWNLOAD" nothing appear nothing happen, just nothin'
i've never been through this before, and i surfed the internet for while but i found nothin' my head isn't that good at thing like this,
