What's going on with the servers?

I'm sure this is not the only post about the flaky server performance the past few days but for the sake of redundancy, are we not going to address this problem? Sure, I would understand if there was at least an apology for the sub-par service we have been getting let alone another xp boost weekend or another re-skin but come on Z8. You can do better. Because of the nonexistence of communication between Z8 and it's customer base, I propose we all get ZP. I don't think a simple exp boost weekend or another re-skinned gun is going to cut it this time. Not to mention the clan site being down for even longer. The last piece of news that is still at the top is back on June 20th about deposit and purchase issues after the maintenance about a week ago. I expected there to be server instability here and there but in the years I've played CrossFire this was the worst I've seen the servers perform without a heads up of a scheduled maintenance. So you can understand my frustration as well as the frustration of thousands of other players. What do you have for us, Z8? What's our incentive to stay?
