failed to download patch-list file

hey

i have a big problem

after the latest patch i could'nt upload CF

the patcher stuck like this for about 5 minutes :





after that it says failed to download patch-list file :





i did all that things but all failed :

* reinstalled CF
* delete CF then install it again
* redownload CF

and now i dont know what to do

can you please solve my problem ? .
