I've been unable to log on the game for two weeks because of this.

Every time I start up the game it loads and reachs the log on screen and sometimes it will crash without giving me an error or anything. Other times it will give me an xtrap error to close all other programs. I have done that, nothing open, firewall allows still same error. I've reinstalled the game already and it keeps giving me the same error. Please, someone help. I've also sent in support tickets with no response yet.
