someone is deffenitivly on my account.
well, my last account and main account got hacked, so i had to start all over again, so i did, i bought the ak-47fury and won the mg3 legendary dragon;
now i already noticed someone is changeing my macros to who wants to trade accounts,
i thought this as strange since i NEVER gave anyone my pass or ID,
i had a co on my last account but NOT making that mistake again, i declined evry question of trading acc or co'ing.
now today i got really scared when i got a pm of someone saying im a scammer and he reported me, i never asked ANYONES pass or id and dont want to .
i just want to change my pass but for that i need to know my mail, i submitted a support ticked but it isnt awnsered yet and i fear in the time being that dude can scam other people via my account,
i want that **** off and i request z8 to look at the IP he used to break into my account, and ban it pernamently since i think its the same person that got my main account banned,
i never gave him my id like i said but my paswords are same on both accounts, and my id is simular and easy to gues,
also i would prefer that my support file gets reacted to in a hurry cause i think if this goes on for another day i might get banned for something i didnt do AGAIN and loose another 200 euro of PAYMENT,
i feel very angry and wish the scammer to be banned, my IP should be in the support ticket so if anyother ip logged into my ip its a scammer,
i also think he might have already scammed people since i have ppl on my friend list i dont know and there asking for accounts and stuff,
please bann that scammer out of this game ,
i want my account to be 100% mine again, and i NEVER broke any rule refering to sharing information on this account, like i said, i DONT make the same mistake twice.

I Cant change pass since i need to have the email i used back then,
but now it got even worse, some guy is trying to blackmail me and sais i should give him my account or another good one or hell report me,

Easy to fix check your computer for any Backdoors/rats install malewarebytes it's the best to scan your computer with then change your password, no one will ever log into your account again.
so should i just reinstal it completly after i '(finally) get my support ticket,

To remove malware, rootkits etc... I personally uwe Roguekiller and malwarebytes. Firzt you need to get both installers on a thumbdrive, then boot computer in safe mode with networking. On desktop, open up cmd prompt(with admistrative level) and when cmp prompt opens. Type cd so that you can locate the thumbdrive.
Next type d:\or e:\ or f:\ etc. until I locates the drive. You will know when cursor will be seen,after the drive letter name. Next type dir to see a list of what is on the drive. You should see the two files - roguekiller.exe and mbam.......exe
First type exactly the name of the roguekiller.exe name and hit enter. This will run the roguekiller.exe, if it wants to update, let it and run. Then follow prompts to repair and open up cmd prompt and run the mbam file. Let it update and run a full scan. Remove anything if found. Reboot computer normally, then run roguekiller and mbam again. You should be good at this point. Roguekiller is awesome and we use it largely for rootkits and police virus and other types of backdoor root hacks. -

At my shop, I deal with mannnnnny customers that come in with viruses malware and rootkits, that installed just by opening a website, usually found as advertisments on affiliate pages...like facebook or any site that uses mass advertising to support its website. Not all links are verified and if you read the small print, they take no responsibilty and cannot be held liable for third party links. Facebook just recently.was flooded with a link thank would backdoor the uses clicking the link and it would steal cookie data and in some cases fullblown, would install keylogger. Some malware, spyware, virus, trijan or rootkits mutate over time if left unaddressed. The internet is a responsibilty now, meaning we cant just simply point and click. We need to read first and most of all, use a decent anti virus and browser protection to avoid opening malicious pages. It us not a matter if accidental authorizing malicious installs, it is now just the case of opening the wrong page. And with most infections, they target system dll files, which crossfire utilizes to render the game. -

i remember going into a game and this one player knew all the account username in the game and the player said my username & password, i got freaked out so i went to change the PW. Im pretty sure someone has hacked into Z8's database. -

the only thing i dont remember is What email adress i used, i made this account back when i was 'round twelve,; and changed emails Alot of times, and theres the possebilaty the site i submitted it on got got offline ( i used coldmail for one account, yet that emailservice is takken of the net)

and about those people being r3t4rded, i think asking exactly the same question about 20 times a day and continiue asking it although i said no evry time
even if you say stop asking or stuff theyl just say exactly the same things;
+ they lie constantly like one said he was personal friends with gm saidin ;
while he clearly wasnt older then 10
Yet i'l try doing things to clear up my computer from possible malware and virusses,
('got to be alot but having a new computer in a weak anyway, so dont really mind that much since i'l only be using this one for schoolstuff;)

Anyways... if you have issues with your account, you'll need to take it up with Support to have the info changed if you can't do it yourself (e-mail, pw, etc.)
Also account security is also your responsibility. If you share account info to say a friend/co-worker/sibling/cousin/and so on then it's your fault to compromise the security of that account. Support can't really help you if you're sharing info.
Nothing can really be done here on the forums, only via Support web tickets.
