Can accounts be deleted?

Im trying to recover an account I lost way back in 2010..
I've put in my support ticket and such(witch is taking 4evssss)

But I can't seem to find my account on the player search thingy, does this mean it was deleted or name changed? (I forgot the actual name but i have a good idea of what it was and been looking for ages so shouldve found it by now..)

Accounts don't get deleted. It most likely got its name changed.

Thing is I don't think that can happen, since it was blocked for chargeback so now I wanna pay that off and play againnnnnnnnnnnnn

Maybe somebody wanted your name and that's how it got changed.

It was ADiGA*_Want ... some of the characters might of been in a different combination but its so frustrating

Your best shot is to submit a support ticket and wait for the answer. It usually takes up to 72 hours. I hope they will be able to help you.

Don't forget to give them as many details as possible, and don't send more than 1 ticket.

Yup already have on monday.. They ask for details that are hard to remember though, its kinda sillllllllllllllly

They need to make sure the account is yours. I'm sure you understand that.

Thing is I've forgotten the username aswell as the password, its been 3 years.... Hoe can they figure out if the account is mine?

One of my suba account (made in 2009) was deleted as far as i know. I cant remember the login ID at this time or name but, when i did login to the account via website it would work, however in the game it just said the error message when your password is not correct even when the password was correct.
