Cannot download the game!

I reinstalled my windows 7 and i can`t download cf... it says "No connection" but in same time Im talking on Team Speak... I have old client but i cant update it.

I downloaded it from there and it says when i run "Crossfire_NA.exe" "No Internet connectivity detected.Pleas reconnect and try again"

Something is blocking the CrossFire_NA.exe (the Pando-downloader).
Try to make exceptions in your firewall and anti-virus software (if you have -maybe in your router too) or deactivate them temporary only for the download.

I tried everything from that list and still i can`t download...
I already restarted my computer like 6 times, restarted my router and nothing -.-""
