My Screen Flashes while playing CF

As the title says

" Screen Flash "

and it shows like im gettin dammged but hp isn't reduced





i think its ZM new map

coz i won a Blueskull weapon and i get dammged sometime in the new map without any reason.


Help me fix it plz

I cant even aim with my sniper coz my screen moves up and down



Yes i have a muzzle but its violet not Blue
