This means normally, your Account has been banned for hack.ing.
Your not on the banlist, but maybe your Account is under Investigation and getting reviewd by the Z8 Staff and therefor you cant use it anymore (at the moment).
You can go and ask the support, whats the matter on that, but theres nothing else u can do. http://support.z8games.com/webform.aspx

I agree with him youve probably been reported for hacking or maybe glitching or flaming.
