Failed to connect to server: W[2003] L[0]

When I try to run the game it starts loading and before it would start I get this message:
Failed to connect to server: W[2003] L[0]

This started 2 days ago and I have already redownloaded and reinstalled the game, but it didn't help. Since noone else seems to have this problem I wanted to ask whether you could provide a solution.

Edit: Nvm I understand now. It's just that my system is not English.

Additional info:
I have win7 and nod32 (though I highly doubt that it would have any relations to this problem).

I'm losing my patience...
I couldn't run the game since last Friday, it always stops at step 3 and then after a while I get that annoying message. Not to mention that I bought 100k zp and didn't get it.
At least give me an answer from which I can know whether you are working on this problem or you haven't even seen my thread.

press right click to run it as admin ... Have this error also sometimes.
with old laptop only able to start with gamebooster and admin...
