Disonnection while doing zm

Greetings, so i recently bought 5 tickets to the new zm mode, then after 8 rounds i get disconnected because you have technical issues, now what am i suppose to say to that ? i just wasted zp on tickets then i get disconnected ? i just logged in back and i won f5000 is that suppose to satisfy me ? its not fair at all, i pretty sure u guys will do nothing about it to get my tickets back because its obviously ur fault ive been trying so hard to get the new character now i get disconnection. Ive never been so upset, and yea i know its only 5 tickets but i still wasted zp, and where do i get zp ? i payed by my own money. Im uberly upset i would like to see a response to this.
