Can't use ultimategamecard balance?

Why can't we use our remaining balance for ultimategamecard anymore QQ. I had about $15 left lol..

I think you should wait until the end of maintenance of the website as [GM]Saidin said Deposit system is under maintenance and if bought ZP already It will take slight longer to arrive.
